目的探讨螺旋CT双期扫描在胃肠道肿瘤诊断及分期中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的69例胃肠道肿瘤螺旋CT双期扫描的表现及分期。结果(1)69例胃肠道肿瘤,55例以门静脉期强化程度为著,与动脉期比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)69例胃肠道肿瘤的双期扫描的T分期准确率为87%;(3)动脉期对转移性淋巴结的敏感度为70.4%、特异度为62.6%,静脉期敏感度为82.9%、特异度为80.2%。结论螺旋CT双期扫描是胃肠道肿瘤术前检查重要手段。
Objective To investigate the value of dual-phase spiral CT in the diagnosis and staging of gastrointestinal tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 69 cases of gastrointestinal tract spiral CT confirmed by surgery and pathology staging and staging.
