目的探究采用参附桃红承气汤对多器官功能障碍综合征模型大鼠的影响。方法选择2014年10月——2015年10月将28只健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为空白组8只、模型组8只、参附桃红承气汤组12只,参附桃红承气汤组根据使用剂量再分为低、中、高剂量组,各4只。空白组与模型组均采用生理盐水1 ml进行灌胃,参附桃红承气汤低、中、高剂量组分别采用2、4、8 g/ml进行生药灌胃。对比各组大鼠肝、肾功能指标情况。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果模型组和参附桃红承气汤低、中剂量组BUN、Cr、TB、ALT以及AST水平均显著高于空白组,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。参附桃红承气汤高剂量组的BUN、Cr、TB、ALT以及AST水平均显著优于模型组和参附桃红承气汤低、中剂量组,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用高剂量参附桃红承气汤可有效治疗多器官功能障碍综合征,缓解大鼠肝、肾损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu Taohong Chengqi Decoction on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome rats. Methods From October 2014 to October 2015, 28 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group (n = 8), model group (n = 8), Shenfu Taohong Chengqi Decoction group (n = 12) According to the use of dose and then divided into low, medium and high dose groups, each 4. The blank group and the model group were treated with 1 ml of saline for gavage, and Shenfu Taohong Decoction for low, medium and high dose groups were administered with 2, 4 and 8 g / ml respectively. Compare the liver and kidney function indexes of rats in each group. Measurement data using t test, count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The levels of BUN, Cr, TB, ALT and AST in model group and Shenfu Taohong Chengqi Decoction group were significantly higher than those in blank group (all P <0.05). The BUN, Cr, TB, ALT and AST levels of Shenfuqinglongqi high dose group were significantly better than that of model group and Shenfu Taohong Chengqi Decoction low and middle dose groups (all P < 0.05). Conclusions The high dose Shenfuqing Chengqi Decoction can effectively treat multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and relieve liver and kidney injury in rats.
