安斯拉霉素(Anthramycin)组中的一个新的抗肿瘤抗菌素,新斯拉霉素(Neothramycin),是Umezawa等由Streptomyces NO—MC916—C_4培养液中分离出来,其结构类似安斯拉霉素组中的安斯拉霉素(Anthramycin),西比罗霉素(Sibiromycin)和妥梅霉素(Tomaymycin)等,这些抗菌素中都含有一个Pyrrolo(1.4)benzodiapin核。新斯拉霉素的抗细菌和抗真菌作用较弱。但有明显的对抗鼠的各种肿瘤作用。通过急性毒性实验发现新斯拉霉素毒性比其他安斯拉霉素组药物的毒性低。本研究是判定新斯拉霉素对鼠的肿瘤如淋巴样白血病L_(1210)、淋巴细胞性白血病P_(388)、肤水肉瘤—180、艾氏肤水癌、小自鼠乳腺癌、Walker癌肉瘤—256及肤水肉瘤AH_(130)等的抗肿瘤作
A new antitumor antibiotic, Neothramycin, from the Anthramycin group was isolated from the Streptomyces NO-MC916-C_4 culture medium by Umezawa et al. Anthramycin, Sibiromycin, and Tomaymycin in the group of antibiotics that contain a Pyrrolo (1.4) benzodiapin core. The new bacteriocin and antifungal effects of lamomycin weak. But there is a clear anti-mouse tumor effect. The toxicity of the new lamivudine was found to be less toxic than the other anlagenomycin groups through acute toxicity tests. This study was to determine the effect of neuraminidase on murine tumors such as lymphoid leukemia L 1210, lymphocytic leukemia P 388, kerato-Sarcoma-180, Escherichia coli, murine mammary carcinoma, Walker Carcinosarcoma -256 and skin keratinosarcoma AH_ (130) and other anti-tumor
