目的探讨血标本中不同浓度脂质对生化检验项目与血常规检验项目的干扰。方法采集35例(男20,女15)正常新鲜全血标本在血液分析仪上进行全血细胞计数(CBC)后,将标本离心使血液中细胞与血浆分离,用相同体积不同浓度的脂肪乳液置换出血浆,制成不同浓度脂血标本,再用相同方法对脂血标本进行CBC分析。通过对加脂前和加脂后进行对比,了解脂血对不同参数的干扰作用。结果 TG浓度≥6.15 mmol/L时,加脂后的Hb、MCH和MCHC等指标升高,与加脂前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TG浓度≥15.15 mmol/L时,WBC值升高,与加脂前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TG浓度≥11.15 mmol/L时,加脂后的ALT、AST和TBIL值均升高,与加脂前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);当TG浓度≥8.65 mmol/L时,TP、Alb、GLU、BUN、UA和Cr值升高,与加脂前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当TG的浓度达到22.15 mmol/L时,大部分的项目未能检出。结论当血液中TG≥6.15 mmol/L时对血常规检测影响项目逐渐增多,TG浓度≥8.65 mmol/L时对多项生化检验结果产生干扰。应根据实际情况对相应项目分别进行校正或复查。
Objective To investigate the interference of different concentrations of lipids in biochemical tests and blood tests in blood samples. Methods Normal fresh whole blood samples of 35 men (20 males and 15 females) were collected for whole blood cell count (CBC) on a blood analyzer. The samples were centrifuged to separate the blood cells from the plasma and replaced with the same volume of fat emulsion of different concentrations The plasma was made into different concentrations of lipid samples, and then the same method for CBC analysis of lipid samples. By comparing before and after fatliquoring lipid interference on the different parameters. Results When the concentration of TG was higher than 6.15 mmol / L, the indexes such as Hb, MCH and MCHC increased significantly after fat addition, compared with those before fattening (P <0.05). When the concentration of TG was higher than 15.15 mmol / L, (P <0.05). When the concentration of TG was more than 11.15 mmol / L, the values of ALT, AST and TBIL increased after the addition of fat, which was significantly higher than that before fat addition (P <0.05). The levels of TP, Alb, GLU, BUN, UA and Cr increased when the concentration of TG was higher than 8.65 mmol / L, which was significantly different from that before fat addition (P <0.05). When the concentration of TG reached 22.15 mmol / L, most of the items failed to be detected. Conclusion When the blood TG≥6.15 mmol / L, the blood routine test items gradually increased, TG concentration of 8.65 mmol / L on a number of biochemical test results interfere. Should be based on the actual situation of the corresponding project were corrected or reviewed.
