一千四百余年前,贾思勰在“齐民要术”上记载了一个速测韭菜种子发芽率的方法:“若市上买韭子,宜试之,以铜铛盛水于火上微煮韭子,须臾芽生者好,芽不生者浥郁矣。”但他没有说明如何微煮,许多人认为这一方法已经失传。最近,中国医学研究院药用植物试验场裕载勋同志从该场老技工于怀善同志(过去是韭菜“把式”)处得知这一方法,原来它并没有失传,而是被当成秘方流传下来。
