根据语音不同频区在清晰度中所起的作用及感音性聋患者听力改变的多样性,作者设计和试制了一台具有滤波、动态范围压缩及频率补偿等功能的TB-1型听力补偿测定仪。用它可以选定不同患者所需的最佳听力补偿方式,为配制专用助听器提供依据。选择该仪器提供的语音处理,可使正常人在信噪比为0dB时的语音清晰度从66.6%提高到87.4%;使感音性聋患者在安静环境、信噪比为6dB和0dB时的语音清晰度分别从42.1%。提高到66.0%,从45.8%提高到78.0%及从40.3%提高到71.0%。文章讨论了该仪器的语音处理方式及其应用方面的一些问题。
According to the role played by different frequency regions in speech and the diversity of hearing changes in sensorineural hearing-impaired patients, the authors designed and prototyped TB-1 hearing compensation with filtering, dynamic range compression and frequency compensation analyser. It can be used to select the best hearing compensation for different patients required to provide a basis for the preparation of special hearing aids. The speech processing provided by this instrument can make the speech clarity of the normal person increase from 66.6% to 87.4% when the signal to noise ratio is 0dB. When the sensorily deaf patients are in quiet environment, the SNR is 6dB and 0dB Voice clarity from 42.1% respectively. To 66.0%, from 45.8% to 78.0% and from 40.3% to 71.0%. The article discusses the instrument’s voice processing methods and some of its applications.
