The Bosten Lake, located in Bohu County, Bayingueleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, has gradually changed its water quality from brackish water to brackish water due to human activities. Its ecology and environment have been destroyed. In 1958, the first “salinity” in the results of the monitoring of the water quality of the Bosten Lake was the most important parameter in recent years to study the process of water and salt changes in the Bosten Lake. According to the analysis, the salinity of Bosten Lake in 1958 was not 0.39 g / L, but 0.56 g / L. The establishment of pumping stations inhibited the increase of total salt content in Bosten Lake and brought the total salt content of Bosten Lake down from the equilibrium point of 1.30 × 106t to the current equilibrium point of 9.60 × 105t. The equilibrium point of the total salt content of Bosten Lake after the Eastward Pouring Station was analyzed was 8.50 × 105t.
