目的:将壳多糖(Chitosan)与进口透明质酸钠(HealonGV)作对比研究,探讨其作为粘弹剂在内眼手术中的应用可能性。方法:新西兰兔20只,右眼前房内注入壳多糖为实验组,左眼前房内注入透明质酸钠为对照组。结果:观察球结膜充血、角膜混浊、前房渗出、眼压变化、角膜内皮活细胞染色并计数,发现实验组与对照组均无显著性差异(P>0.05);光镜、透射电镜观察细胞形态无明显异常。结论:壳多糖与透明质酸钠在眼内的反应相似,有作为眼内粘弹剂的良好应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To compare Chitosan with imported sodium hyaluronate (HealonGV) and explore its potential application as a viscoelastic in intraocular surgery. Methods: Twenty New Zealand rabbits were injected chitosan into the right anterior chamber of the right eye and sodium hyaluronate was injected into the left anterior chamber as the control group. Results: The conjunctival hyperemia, corneal opacity, exudation of the anterior chamber, changes in intraocular pressure, and staining of living cells in the corneal endothelium were observed. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05) Electron microscopy showed no abnormal cell morphology. Conclusion: The reaction of chitin with sodium hyaluronate in the eye is similar, which has good application prospects as an intraocular viscoelastic agent.
