为观察莪术对实验大鼠胃排空及胃电的影响 ,采用不规则进食加稀盐酸喂养大鼠法 ,制作胃电节律失常动物模型 ,并随机分成B、C、D、E四组 ,分别给予生理盐水、2 5 %莪术水煎剂、5 0 %莪术水煎剂、0 1%吗丁啉混悬液 ,另取等量鼠作为正常对照组 (A)。2 8天后观察胃排空、检测胃电活动。结果 :2 5 %莪术水煎剂对模型大鼠的胃排空率、慢波频率变异系数和异常节律指数有明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ,与 0 1%吗丁啉混悬液作用相似。提示 2 5 %莪术水煎剂对胃电节律失常有改善作用 ,能增强胃的动力顺应性 ,具有促进胃动力作用
In order to observe the effect of Curcuma on gastric emptying and gastric electrophysiology in rats, we used irregular feeding and dilute hydrochloric acid to feed the rats to make gastric dynamia animal models, which were randomly divided into B, C, D and E groups.
