目的:建立根痛平胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇:0.1%醋酸(15:85),流速1.0m L?min-1。检测波长:230nm,柱温:30℃。结果:芍药苷在2.01~16.17μg?m L-1呈良好的线性关系y=72343x–4332(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.21%,RSD=1.37%。结论:本法灵敏、准确、专属性强,重现性好,可作为根痛平胶囊中芍药苷的有效测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in root pain capsule. Methods: Column: Inertsil ODS-SP (4.6 × 250mm, 5μm), mobile phase methanol: 0.1% acetic acid (15:85), flow rate 1.0m L · min-1. Detection wavelength: 230nm, column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: Paeoniflorin had a good linear relationship between 2.01 ~ 16.17 μg? M L-1 and y = 72343x-4332 (r = 0.9998) with an average recovery of 99.21% and a RSD of 1.37%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate, specific and reproducible, and can be used as an effective method for determination of paeoniflorin in root pain capsule.
