[目的]研究嘧菌酯和丙森锌复配对辣椒疫霉菌的抑制活性,对防治辣椒疫病具指导意义。[方法]采用活体组织法测定,将两者按不同比例复配后稀释成7个质量浓度喷施于辣椒叶片上,后接种疫霉菌菌片,观测其抑制效果。[结果]嘧菌酯∶丙森锌按1∶6(质量比)复配后EC50值为21.21 mg/L低于2个单剂。[结论]两者以不同比例复配后对疫霉菌的生物活性存在差异。嘧菌酯∶丙森锌为1∶6比例复配的共毒系数为791.11,表现出明显的增效作用,为最适配比。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the inhibitory activity of the combination of azoxystrobin and propoxyphene on Phytophthora capsici, which has the guiding significance for the prevention and control of pepper epidemic disease. [Method] The living tissue method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of the two kinds of molds after being mixed with different proportions and then diluted to 7 mass concentrations to spray on the pepper leaves. [Result] The EC50 value of azoxystrobin: propoxyphenol was 1: 6 (mass ratio), and the EC50 was 21.21 mg / L less than 2 single dose. [Conclusion] There were differences in the biological activities of Phytophthora bl. Azoxystrobin: Propiclin zinc ratio of 1: 6 co-toxicity coefficient of 791.11, showing a significant synergistic effect, the most suitable ratio.
