针对滴灌用黄河水泥沙含量高的问题,根据兰州段黄河泥沙粒配特性设计了黄河水泥沙分离设备。采用正交试验、极差和方差分析研究了分离机参数对溢流颗粒D50和溢流液流量的影响。试验结果表明:影响溢流颗粒D50的参数主次排列为转鼓转速、碟片间隙和喷嘴数量,而影响溢流液流量的参数主次排列为转鼓转速、喷嘴数量和碟片间隙。考虑试验因素对溢流颗粒D50和溢流液流量影响程度的大小,优化的参数为转鼓转速为3500rpm、喷嘴数量为32个、碟片间隙为1.2mm。
In view of the high content of Yellow River sediment in drip irrigation, Yellow River sediment separation equipment was designed according to the characteristics of sediment distribution in the Yellow River of Lanzhou section. The effects of separator parameters on overflow particle D50 and overflow flow were studied by orthogonal test, range and variance analysis. The experimental results show that the primary and secondary parameters affecting the overflow particle D50 are the rotating speed, the disc gap and the number of nozzles. The primary and secondary parameters that affect the overflow flow rate are the rotating speed of drum, the number of nozzles and the disc gap. Considering the influence of experimental factors on the overflow particle D50 and the overflow flow rate, the optimized parameters are the drum rotation speed is 3500rpm, the number of nozzles is 32 and the disc gap is 1.2mm.
