男75岁。1990年11月出现进行性进食梗噎,吞咽困难,上腹剑下闷痛,曾诊断为食管上段癌.内窥镜检,食道上段难以通过,见新生物填塞管腔,B超示:肝左叶呈7.2×6.2cm占位病变。诊断:食管癌,肝转移癌。采用卡铂500mg加入5％葡萄糖液500ml静滴,21天为一疗程,鸦胆子乳剂60ml/d静滴,15天后改口服40ml/d。卡铂总量为
Male 75 years old. In November 1990, there was progressive feeding of stalks, difficulty in swallowing, and nausea under the upper abdomen. It was diagnosed as upper esophageal cancer.
