对用于高炉炉身下部的不烧高密 Al2 O3- C质耐火材料在不同体积比的 CO与 CO2 混合气氛中的抗氧化性能进行了热力学分析和全面大量的实验。发现此种材料具有较好的抗氧化性能。以热力学分析和实验结果为基础 ,说明了其氧化机制 ,建立了不烧高密 Al2 O3- C质耐火材料的氧化动力学模型。
The thermodynamic analysis and extensive experiments were carried out on the oxidation resistance of high density Al 2 O 3 -C refractories used in the lower part of the blast furnace shaft in the mixed atmosphere of CO and CO 2 with different volume ratios. This material was found to have good oxidation resistance. On the basis of thermodynamic analysis and experimental results, the oxidation mechanism was described and the oxidation kinetics model of high-density Al 2 O 3 -c refractory was established.
