脉冲气力输送装置常用来输送粉、粒状物料、半成品或成品,其输送效果在很大程度上决定于电气控制系统。因此电气控制系统要能适应各种要求,可靠性高,且能自动控制。一、电气控制系统必须考虑的几个原则脉冲气力输送的电气控制系统决定于装置本身各元件的设置情况,但是它在一定程度上又影响各元件的设置。因此,在设计电气控制系统时必须考虑下列原则:1.加料阀门必须在发送器内压力为零时才能打开。因为发送器内的余气带有浓度很大的粉尘,加料口也留有很多粉状物料,在有压情况下打开加料门会扬起很大的粉尘。在半自动或自动控制系统中,发送器内零压的测定可采用 YX—150电接点压力表。
