事故树分析法在祁东县某矿透水事故中的应用

非煤矿山一直是事故多发领域,其中,透水事故占很大比例。据统计,我国2001~2009年发生矿山透水事故511起,死亡3245人,通过查阅相关资料总结发现,其中造成矿山采场顶板透水事故的原因主要有:地面防洪及防水措施不完善、措施执行不力和地表水(多为雨季降水)等。本文以祁东县某矿采场顶板透水事故为例,构造事故树,对造成事故的基本原因进行研究和综合分析,提出预防透水事故的安全措施。 Non-coal mines have been a frequent area of ​​accidents, of which a large proportion of flooding accidents. According to the statistics, there were 511 mine permeable accidents occurred in China from 2001 to 2009, with 3245 deaths. According to the summary of the relevant data, the causes of seepage caused by mine roof are mainly due to the imperfect flood prevention and waterproofing measures on the ground and the poor implementation of measures And surface water (mostly rainy season precipitation) and so on. In this paper, a case of water seepage in the roof of a mine in Qidong County is taken as an example to construct an accident tree. The basic causes of the accident are studied and analyzed comprehensively, and the safety measures for preventing water seepage accidents are put forward.
