目的分析新疆生产建设兵团第八师133团近5年传染病谱及流行态势,为预测和控制本地区传染病提供依据。方法采取描述流行病学方法,对2010—2014年国家疾病预防控制信息系统报告的133团法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2010—2014年133团无甲类传染病报告,共报告乙类、丙类传染病17种808例,年均发病率703.21/10万,其中乙类传染病12种687例,年均发病率597.40/10万,死亡2例,年均病死率0.25%,病种构成以血源性及性传播疾病、肠道传染病、呼吸道传染病为主;细菌性痢疾、肺结核病、丙型肝炎、乙型肝炎的发病率较高。结论积极采取有效措施降低血源性及性传播疾病、肠道传染病、呼吸道传染病发病率,加强传染病报告督导检查是今后133团传染病防治工作的重点。
Objective To analyze the infectious disease spectrum and epidemic situation of the 133th delegation of the eighth division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps for the past five years and provide evidence for the prediction and control of infectious diseases in the region. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of 133 cases of notifiable infectious diseases reported by the national disease prevention and control information system in 2010-2014. Results There were no reports of Class A infectious diseases in 133 groups from 2010 to 2014. There were 808 cases of Class B and Class C infectious diseases, with an average annual incidence of 703.21 / 100000, of which 12 were Type B infectious diseases, 687 cases, with an average annual incidence The rate of 597.40 / 100000, death in 2 cases, the average annual mortality rate of 0.25%, the disease constitutes a blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases, intestinal infectious diseases, respiratory infectious diseases; Bacillary dysentery, tuberculosis, Hepatitis C , The incidence of hepatitis B is higher. Conclusion Actively take effective measures to reduce the incidence of blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases, intestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases and strengthen supervision and inspection of infectious disease reports are the focuses of the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the 133rd round of the future.
