目的：调查分析我院静脉用药调配中心不合理用药情况，为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2011年10月-2014年10月我院静脉用药调配中心审核的不合理用药情况，总结不合理用药类别，分析不合理用药原因。结果我院2011年10月-2014年10月静脉用药调配中心共配置输液85673份，其中不合理医嘱360份（0.42%），类型主要包括给药方法不合理、药物配伍不合理、药物配伍禁忌、医嘱录入错误及其他用药不合理等。结论对静脉用药调配中心处方进行审核可及时纠正临床用药的不合理性，提高临床用药安全。“,”objective: To diagnoses the irrational drug use situation in the intravenous drug use deploy center of our hospital, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods: From December in 2011 to December in2014, a retrospective analysis of the irrational drug use situation in the intravenous drug use deploy center of our hospital was taken, the irrational drug use category was summarized, and the reasons of the irrational drug use were analyzed.Results:From December in 2011 to December in2014, 85673 configuration infusion in the intravenous drug use deploy center was prepared, among which the irrational medical orders were 360 (0.42%). The type mainly included unreasonable dosing method, unreasonable drug compatibility, drug compatibility taboo, the order’s input error, and other irrational drug use situation, etc.Conclusion: Check in time the prescription of the intravenous drug use deploy center can rectify the irrationality of clinical medication application, and improve the clinical medication safety.
