本文研究了不同类型氧化明胶的还原性、还原性与氧化剂加入量,以及氧化时间之间的关系。结果表明,不同类型明胶的还原性是不同的,在氧化剂存在下,明胶的还原性随着氧化剂加入量的增加、氧化时间的延长而减弱。
In this paper, the relationship between reducibility and reducibility of different types of oxidized gelatin and the amount of oxidant added, as well as the oxidation time was studied. The results show that the reducibility of different types of gelatin is different. In the presence of oxidant, the reducibility of gelatin decreases with the increase of the amount of oxidant and oxidation time.
