晋城煤业集团“再造两个新晋煤,跨入世界500强”发展,需要安全可靠的电网环境支撑。供电分公司自2003年成立以来,创新思路,注重效果,延伸途径,积极推进思想引导教育,打造出一支敢于作为、敢于任事、敢于负责、敢于担当的团队,为集团公司快速发展培养了专业化的团队。本文从实施背景、主要做法、实施成效三个方面剖析思想引导教育的必要性和可行性,希望能够达到抛砖引玉的目的,更加坚定地推进思想教育工作。
