应用抗人淋巴细胞单克隆抗体免疫组织化学技术(ABC法),对11例健康成人、10例鼻息肉鼻粘膜组织内淋巴细胞及其亚群的分布和数量进行了研究。结果发现,健康对照组鼻粘脱固有层内T :B为4. 5:1,CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值为1. 8:1。鼻息肉组则分别为2. 5:1和1. 9:1。鼻息肉与健康成人相比,CD_(20)~+细胞数和CD_4~+细胞数以及CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值在统计学上无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。由此显示鼻息内组织内具有正常的免疫反应性,且其内的体液免疫所占比重相对较大。从而为lgE介导的Ⅰ型变态反应参与鼻息肉的形成提供了间接依据。
The distribution and quantity of lymphocytes and their subpopulations in nasal mucosa of 11 healthy adults and 10 cases of nasal polyps were studied by immunohistochemistry (ABC method) of anti-human lymphocyte monoclonal antibody. 8: 1. This shows normal nasal tissue within the immune response, and its relatively high proportion of humoral immunity. Thus providing an indirect basis for the involvement of IgE-mediated allergic reaction in the formation of nasal polyps.
