利用XRD、SEM、EDS对采用机械合金化方法制备的Cr-33Ta混合粉的结构及形貌演变进行了研究。结果表明,随着球磨时间延长,Cr-33Ta混合粉成分逐渐均匀并演变成Cr(Ta)和Ta(Cr)非平衡过饱和固溶体;Cr和Ta的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,微观应变逐渐增加。机械合金化使Cr-33Ta元素混合粉由原始棱角尖锐的碎石状逐渐演变为近球状等轴颗粒,球磨20h后的颗粒与晶粒尺寸得到明显细化,平均颗粒尺寸小于5μm,Ta和Cr的晶粒尺寸分别达到纳米级。
The structure and morphology of Cr-33Ta powder prepared by mechanical alloying were investigated by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the composition of the Cr-33Ta mixed powder gradually becomes uniform with the milling time increasing to Cr (Ta) and Ta (Cr) non-equilibrium supersaturated solid solution. The grain sizes of Cr and Ta decrease gradually and the micro-strain increases . Mechanical alloying makes the Cr-33Ta elemental mixed powder evolve from the primitive angular sharp gravel to nearly spherical equiaxed particles. The grain and grain size of the Cr-33Ta mixed powder is obviously refined after the ball milling for 20h with the average particle size less than 5μm, Ta and Cr Of the grain size reached nanoscale respectively.
