项目管理是在时间、成本控制等方面约束下的一种工作实践方法,因此项目进度计划在项目管理中就显得尤为重要。通常,在一般的项目管理过程中,制定、控制项目进度的工具有两种——网络计划图与甘特图。在进度管理过程中,成本控制也是非常重要的一个方面。本文基于两种进度计划图形各自的特点与其互补性,根据成本的发生时间将成本进度与之结合,研究了一种将网络图形、甘特图与项目成本进度结合表示的方法,从而使项目控制过程更加有效,更能体现图形的直观性。
Project management is a kind of working practice under the constraints of time, cost control and so on. Therefore, the project schedule is particularly important in project management.
