中药煎煮是中医临床中复方汤剂制作的主要方法,在中医治疗的过程中有着非常广泛的应用。笔者对于中药煎煮中的相关经验进行了整理,对于目前影响中药煎煮的常见质量因素进行了全面的分析,总结了一系列提高中药煎煮质量的意见。中药煎煮的过程中,要严格的保证中药煎煮的时间、火候、加水量、下药顺序的合理,保证煎煮过程中,药材的有效成分得到良好的溶出与保留,保证复方汤剂的临床治疗效果。下文就中药煎煮的常见质量影响因素进行了分析与列举,在中医临床用药中具有良好的推广意义。
