1.在104例成人脑标本上观察了椎动脉颅内段、基底动脉及它们的主要分枝。 2.有53.9％的基底动脉平脑桥下缘起始。其余起点高于或低于该平面。但少数基底动脉的起点特高或特低。 3.两侧椎动脉的管径大都不相等,其中以左侧较大的为最多(为总数的46.88％)。 4.脊髓前动脉的形式较为复杂,多数具有不同的吻合形式。 5.大多数迷路动脉是小脑下前动脉的一个分枝,直接起于基底动脉的很少。有极少数的迷路动脉起源于小脑下后动脉或小脑下中动脉。 6.小脑下中动脉是一枝罕见的小脑动脉,纤细而不成对。共发现18例(左侧8例,右侧10例)。 7.关于各小脑动脉的管径与动脉分布的代偿问题作了讨论。
1. The intracranial segments of vertebral artery, basilar artery and their major branches were observed on 104 adult brain specimens. There are 53.9% of basilar artery pons originating from the lower edge of the pons. The remaining starting points are above or below the plane. However, the starting point of a few basilar artery extraordinarily high or low. 3. The diameters of the vertebral arteries on both sides are mostly not equal, of which the left is the largest (46.88% of the total). 4 spinal cord anterior artery is more complex form, most have different forms of anastomosis. 5. Most of the lost artery is a branch of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery, directly from the basilar artery rarely. A very small number of lost arteries originate in the posterior inferior cerebellar artery or the inferior middle cerebral artery. 6. The lower cerebellar artery is a rare cerebellar artery, slender and unpaired. A total of 18 cases were found (left side in 8 cases and right side in 10 cases). 7. The issue of compensating for the diameter and distribution of arteries in each cerebellar artery is discussed.
