目的建立工作场所空气中环己酮的毛细管柱气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气样品,以二硫化碳解吸,经FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离后,以火焰离子化检测器检测,标准曲线法定量。结果环己酮在质量浓度为10.00~1 000.00 mg/L时呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,检出限和定量下限分别为1.31和4.37 mg/L,最低检出浓度和最低定量浓度分别为4.37和13.11 mg/m~3(以采集1.5 L工作场所空气计算);平均解吸效率为95.80%~97.88%。批内、批间相对标准偏差分别为0.52%~3.12%和3.28%~4.75%。样品在室温下可保存7 d。结论本方法操作简单、准确度高,适用于大批量样品的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of cyclohexanone in the air of workplace by gas chromatography. Methods Air samples were collected by activated charcoal tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide. After separated by FFAP capillary column, the samples were detected by flame ionization detector and quantified by standard curve method. Results Cyclohexanone showed a linear relationship with the mass concentration of 10.00-1 000.00 mg / L, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The lower limit of detection and the lower limit of quantification were 1.31 and 4.37 mg / L, respectively. The minimum detectable concentration and the lowest quantified concentration were 4.37 and 13.11 mg / m ~ 3 (calculated by collecting 1.5 L of workplace air). The average desorption efficiency was 95.80% -97.88%. The relative standard deviations in batches and batches were 0.52% ~ 3.12% and 3.28% ~ 4.75% respectively. Samples can be stored for 7 days at room temperature. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of large quantities of samples.
