在党的十三届三中全会上,中央提出了治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序、全面深化改革的工作指导方针。并确定今明两年把改革和建设工作的重点坚决地、突出地放到治理经济环境和整顿经济秩序上来,这是合乎国情、顺乎民心的重大决策。在治理和整顿中,为了充分发挥统计工作的作用,我们要着重抓好以下几个方面的工作。 At the Third Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, the Central Government has proposed the guidelines for working out the economic environment, rectifying the economic order and deepening the reform in an all-round manner.
