在“互联网+”背景下高职公共基础课教师自我发展能力、教学能力和科研能力受到影响,教师专业化发展面临瓶颈,而公共基础课教师在学生的核心职业能力培养方面尤为关键。笔者通过分析在互联网+“背景下高职公共基础课教师专业化发展的困境,重构了在”互联网+“背景下高职公共基础课教师专业化发展路径,公共基础课教师必须掌握信息化教学技术、更新教学理念、了解数字时代学生学习习惯、熟悉教学环境、促进与专业教学的有机结合、实现共同发展才能适应在”互联网+“时代下的教学要求,提高学生的职业核心能力,促进自身发展。
