目的:考察大孔吸附树脂对绵马贯众中绵马贯众素的吸附分离性能。方法:采用HPLC测定绵马贯众素含量,静态吸附分离法确定适合的大孔吸附树脂,动态吸附分离法确定分离条件。结果:DM130大孔吸附树脂对绵马贯众素有良好的吸附分离性能,其分离工艺条件为:绵马贯众素上样质量浓度为0.683 mg·ml~(-1),最大上样量为6.147 mg·ml~(-1)树脂,5BV水及30%乙醇先后洗去杂质,5BV95%乙醇洗脱。结论:DM130树脂交换吸附绵马贯众中绵马贯众素的纯化方法可取,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To investigate the adsorption and separation performance of macroporous resin on Mianma Tongzhong in cotton. Methods: The content of chloramphenicol was determined by HPLC. The suitable macroporous adsorption resin was determined by static adsorption separation method. The separation conditions were determined by dynamic adsorption separation method. RESULTS: The macroporous adsorption resin of DM130 had good adsorption and separation performance for MGM. The separation process conditions were as follows: the mass concentration of MGM was 0.683 mg·ml -1 and the maximum sample volume was obtained. The impurities were washed successively with 6.147 mg·ml -1 resin, 5 BV water and 30% ethanol, and eluted with 5BV 95% ethanol. Conclusion: The purification method of DM130 resin exchange adsorption Mianma Zhongzhongzhong Mianma Tongguansu is desirable and has good application prospects.
