清除奶牛舍中的粪尿是一项繁重工作,能否及时清除粪尿直接影响到舍内环境卫生的好坏,以致影响产奶量和奶牛健康状况。由于北方地区冬季严寒,结冻期长,使奶牛舍实现清粪作业机械化与自动化成为主要难点。而且采用机械式清粪方法所用设备复杂、投资大、磨损快、故障多、效率低,加之受供电条件限制,目前在北方地区基本没有推广使用。根据用户要求,我们在黑龙江省勃利种畜场改建一栋百头奶牛舍,采用排粪暗沟坡度为3%的水冲式清粪方法加上其他措施,经过近一年的使用收到良好效果。在冬季舍外气温低于-30℃时,舍内温度保持在4—6℃,相对湿度在60—75%,舍内环境卫生明
It is a heavy task to clear the excrement in the cowshed. The timely removal of excreta directly affects the sanitation quality in the house and affects the milk yield and the health of the cows. Due to the cold winter in the northern part of the country and the long freezing period, mechanization and automation of the cofferdam to clean the dung become the major difficulties. Moreover, the equipment used in the mechanical cleaning method is complex, the investment is large, the wear is fast, the number of faults is low and the efficiency is low. In addition, due to the limitation of the power supply conditions, there is no promotion in the north. According to the user’s request, we rebuilt a 100-cow dairy barn in Boley farms in Heilongjiang Province. Using the water-scavenging dung method with a 3% slope of the drape ditch and other measures, we received good results after nearly a year of use . When the outdoor temperature in winter is lower than -30 ℃, the indoor temperature is kept at 4-6 ℃ and the relative humidity is 60-75%
