随着我国精神病学的发展,精神药物也广泛应用于临床工作中。但药物的不合理使用造成严重副反应,有的甚至是不可逆的后果已有不少报道。现就这一问题结合临床报道一例。巫某,男,47岁,合肥卷烟厂工人,离婚,1987年12月18日入院。住院号5033。患者因精神障碍20多年,先后8次住我院治疗。本次于入院前5天因感冒而中断服药,致使精神病复发,表现兴奋,话多,自言自语,昼夜不眠,不能工作于1987年12月18日再次住我院。既往史,个人史,家族史无特殊记载。入院后体检及神经系统检查无明显阳性体征。精神检查:意识清楚,仪表欠整,定向全,接触不合作。对问话置之不理,态度傲慢自言自话,联想较快,但无音联意联,有明显的夸大色彩,
