In December last year, the Central Financial and Economic Committee decided to allocate 1.5 billion jin of trade grain from Zhongnan District. The specific allocation is as follows: Henan Province transferred Shanghai’s 78 million jin of rice, 22 million jin of miscellaneous grains and 100 million of north China’s wheat Fifty-eight million jin, transferred twenty-two million jin of Xi’an wheat, one hundred million jin of Shandong miscellaneous grains, and 122 million jin of grain swap in the mainland market of Henan.
