进入21世纪以来,建筑行业伴随着社会经济的发展也得到了极大的进步,特别是在建筑制造过程中使用的材料,例如预应力混凝土,这种混凝土自身有着极高的性能力,各方面数据都要高于其他普通的混凝土性能,由于自重轻、抗裂性强、高耐久、材料节约等特点,预应力混凝土已经被广泛的应用在了各个建筑工程的施工过程中。这种混凝土在进行施工的过程中,需要使用不同的工艺来进行施工,例如先电热法、先张法、后张法、后账自锚法等。这其中又主要以先张法和后张法作为主要的施工行为,这两种施工工艺已经成为了一个典型。本篇文章主要针对先张法制造的预应力混凝土自身的特点,以及对材料的要求和施工细节等等。以期为其他工程在施工的过程中提供一定的参考。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, the construction industry has also made great progress along with the development of the social economy, especially the materials used in the building manufacturing process, such as prestressed concrete, which itself has extremely high sexual capabilities. Among them, the pre-tensioning method and the post-tensioning method are mainly used as the main construction behavior. These two construction techniques have become a typical example. This article mainly focuses on the characteristics of the prestressed concrete produced by the pretensioning method, as well as the requirements for the material and construction details. In order to provide some reference for other projects in the construction process.
