目的研制肾移植病人术后服用他克莫司治疗药物监测软件。方法在已建立的群体药物动力学模型的基础上,使用Microsoft Access建立并管理病人信息数据库,在Microsoft Visual C++环境中开发面向国人的肾移植病人服用他克莫司治疗药物监测软件(FK506-TDM)。结果软件实现了①基本的数据库管理功能:查询、修改、添加、删除病人信息;②3个层次的预测功能:群体预测、亚群体预测和利用最优化进行的个体预测,并给出病人的治疗药物监测报告单,为医师进行个体化给药提供定量的分析报告。结论本试验完成了软件的研制,并为以后其他药物的治疗药物监测软件的研制提供参考模版。
Objective To develop a software for the monitoring of tacrolimus in patients after renal transplantation. Methods Based on the established population pharmacokinetic model, the database of patient information was established and managed by using Microsoft Access, and the software of tacrolimus drug monitoring was developed in a Microsoft Visual C ++ environment for renal transplant patients (FK506-TDM ). Results The software implemented ① basic database management functions: query, modify, add, delete patient information; ③ three levels of prediction function: group prediction, subpopulation prediction and individual optimization using optimization, and given the patient’s treatment drug Monitor reports and provide quantitative analysis reports for physician individualized dosing. Conclusion This experiment has completed the software development, and provided a reference template for the future development of the drug monitoring software for other drugs.
