第一条为进一步规范我省房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程(以下简称工程项目)远程异地评标工作,实现评标专家和交易中心的资源共享,保证远程异地评标工作科学、规范、协调和统一,依据住房和城乡建设部《关于进一步加强房屋建筑和市政工程项目招标投标监督管理工作的指导意见》(建市〔2012〕61号),制定本办法。第二条本省行政区域内工程项目的远程异地评标(以下简称远程评标)活动,适用本办法。
