现代酒店的发展已经成为我国第三产业的重要发展内容,也是更好的促进我国服务业行业发展的重要方面。虽然整体上现代酒店在发展上面取得了一定的成功,但是如今却呈现出发展实际与发展预期出现偏差的现象。在此过程中,酒店培训的深度与力度不足是导致问题出现的关键原因,为了更好的适应现代酒店的发展大环境,通过本研究的分析与探索,力求找寻出一些能够切实提高酒店培训效果、改善酒店培训内容的方法、对策。
The development of modern hotels has become an important part of the development of the tertiary industry in our country and an important aspect of promoting the development of the service industry in our country.
