几种热阴极电离规采用把离子束引出电离区,使其偏转来减小x射线效应和电子碰撞脱附效应。本文从另一个角度,提出了控制电子轨迹与电子接收位置的新方法,使得x射线的发射方向背离离子收集极,对新结构进行了计算机模拟计算分析和实验研究。
Several hot cathode ionisation leads use the ion beam to exit the ionization zone and deflect it to reduce x-ray effects and electron impact desorption. From another perspective, this paper proposes a new method of controlling the electron trajectory and the electron receiving position so that the emission direction of x-ray deviates from the ion collector. The new structure is simulated and analyzed by computer.
