随着国际政治中外交主体多元化与外交对象社会化倾向的形成和全球气候治理模式从以国家为中心向多元中心的转变,如何提升气候变化领域的公共外交也成为各国政府不可回避的重要问题。中国在气候变化问题上的公共外交维度日益明显,非政府组织在中国目前的气候公共外中发挥着不可忽视的作用,在中国气候公共外交未来的发展中面临的机遇与挑战并存。
With the diversification of diplomatic subjects and the tendency toward socialization of diplomatic partners in international politics and the shift of the global climate governance model from a state-centered to a pluralistic one, how to enhance public diplomacy in the field of climate change has also become an unavoidable important issue for all governments . China’s public diplomacy on the issue of climate change has become increasingly evident. Non-governmental organizations play an important role in China’s current climate and public externalities, and both opportunities and challenges in the future development of China’s climate and public diplomacy co-exist.
