血清IgM与髓鞘相关糖蛋白(MAG)结合常与感觉运动多神经病有关。尽管有证据表明抗—MAG抗体相关性多神经病是由免疫介导的,但很少有报告采用免疫疗法取得了满意的疗效。作者报告联合应用血浆交换及环磷酰胺治疗4例抗—MAG抗体相关性多神经病患者,临床症状和体征获得改善。4例患者均具有感觉运动多神经病综合征,病情逐渐进展,以四肢远端对称性无力为特点,颅神经正常。均进行了临床、电生理及血清学检查,每例病人的神经传导至少包括1条感觉及3条运动神经,均表现为多神经病。血清IgM抗体与MAG结合评价采
Serum IgM and myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) binding often associated with sensory motor polyneuropathy. Although there is evidence that immune-mediated anti-MAG antibody-related polyneuropathy is mediated, few reports of satisfactory efficacy have been reported with immunotherapy. The authors report that the combination of plasma exchange and cyclophosphamide in the treatment of 4 anti-MAG antibody-associated polyneuropathy patients improved clinical signs and symptoms. All 4 patients had sensory-motor polyneuropathy syndrome. The condition gradually progressed. The distal symmetry of limbs was weak, and the cranial nerves were normal. All were clinical, electrophysiological and serological examination, each patient’s nerve conduction at least including a sensory and motor 3, are manifested as polyneuropathy.
