目的为了探索一种与传统定量方法比较,更具有实用性和准确性的沙门菌定量检测方法。方法通过对牡丹江市400份肉鸡生产销售环节的样品进行沙门菌定性和定量检测,分析比较了MPN法和Mini-MPN法对沙门菌检测率的影响。结果 Mini-MPN法共检出49份试样呈阳性,比MPN法多检出9份,阳性率为12.3%,比MPN法提高了2.3个百分点。用2个方法检测MPN值>3.8 MPN/g的试样均为9份,而用Mini-MPN法检测MPN值在0.3 MPN/g~3.8 MPN/g的试样为40份,比用MPN法多9份。结论与传统MPN法相比,Mini-MPN法在沙门菌定量检测中具有灵敏度高、耗时短、工作量小、成本低等优良的特性。
Objective To explore a more quantitative and practical method of Salmonella quantification compared with traditional quantitative methods. Methods The qualitative and quantitative detection of Salmonella in 400 broiler production and marketing sections in Mudanjiang City was analyzed. The effects of MPN and Mini-MPN on the detection rate of Salmonella were analyzed.
