我們設計了一种简单易制的减压蒸馏裝置,比一般的减压蒸馏装置具有效率高、經济並能连续操作的特点,适用于小量生药制剂的渗漉液濃縮以及揮發性溶媒回收等。安裝方法及裝置图: 1.蒸馏器:在冷凝器下端接一个直徑相同的T形玻璃管,用橡皮管套住。再用一根長玻璃管插入冷凝器內壁中(長玻璃管外壁与冷凝器內壁間应有液体能流动的空隙),長玻璃管上端恰至冷凝器膨大处,下端伸出于T形玻璃管外,在伸出处,以橡皮管套住,並以細金属丝或其他材料紮紧。冷凝器上口塞以橡皮塞,橡皮塞上插入一个氮气球、一支温度計与一支上端
We designed a simple, easy-to-manufacture, vacuum distillation unit that is more efficient, economical, and capable of continuous operation than a typical vacuum distillation unit. It is suitable for the concentration of osmotic liquids and recovery of volatile solvents for small quantities of crude drug preparations. . Installation method and device diagram: 1. Distiller: Connect a T-shaped glass tube with the same diameter under the condenser and cover it with a rubber tube. Then insert a long glass tube into the inner wall of the condenser (the gap between the outer wall of the long glass tube and the inner wall of the condenser should have liquid-flowable gaps). The upper end of the long glass tube is just to the point where the condenser expands, and the lower end protrudes from the T-shape. Outside the glass tube, in the protruding place, it is covered with a rubber tube and fastened with fine metal wire or other material. Insert a nitrogen balloon, a thermometer and an upper end on the rubber plug in the condenser.
