华容县是湖南省县委权力公开透明运行工作首批试点县之一,现已在制度和实践层面,探索形成了“四三二一”工作机制:一是健全四项机制,增强重大决策民主性;二是狠抓三个环节,提高选人用人透明度;三是落实两项制度,促进公开方式多元化;四是实施流程管理,保障权力运行可控性。通过县委权力公开透明运行试点工作,进一步规范了用人行为、决策行为,有力提高了工作效能,促进了社会和谐。
Huarong County is one of the first pilot counties in Hunan Province where county power is open and transparent.
