目的研究黑龙江林蛙卵中粗多糖的提取工艺条件。方法采用超声法提取黑龙江林蛙卵中的粗多糖,考察了超声时间、料液比、超声前加热时间、超声温度4个因素对蛙卵中粗多糖含量的影响,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了提取的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺参数为:超声时间10 min,液料比40 ml/g,超声前加热时间50 min,超声温度68℃。结论该方法操作简单,提取时间短,重现性好,对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。
Objective To study the extraction of crude polysaccharides from Rana chensinensis eggs. Methods Crude polysaccharides were extracted from egg of Heilongjiang Rana chensinensis by ultrasonic method. The effects of ultrasonic time, solid-to-liquid ratio, ultrasonic heating time and ultrasonic temperature on the crude polysaccharide content of frog eggs were investigated. The effects of single factor experiment and orthogonal Test to determine the best extraction conditions. Results The optimal extraction parameters were as follows: ultrasonic time 10 min, liquid-to-liquid ratio 40 ml / g, ultrasonic pre-heating time 50 min, ultrasonic temperature 68 ℃. Conclusion The method is simple, the extraction time is short, reproducible, and has good reference value for further process development.
