Experiments have demonstrated that host immune status can influence tumor growth and metastasis while T lymphocytes play a primary role in this anti-tumor immunity. In this paper, a model of lymph node metastasis was established in mouse cervix cancer cell line 27 (U_(27)) and mouse anti-rat thymocyte serum (ATS) was used to observe the growth and metastasis of U_(27) cancer cells. Effects to understand the role of T lymphocytes in anti-tumor immunity. The results showed that ATS can make lymphoid organs shrink and the number of peripheral blood lymphocytes decreased significantly, so it can be considered that ATS mainly uses T lymphocytes as the main target, and the decrease in the number of peripheral lymphocytes may be the entire lymphatic system.
