深圳机场T3航站楼预应力混凝土梁施工过程模拟

采用有限元分析方法,对深圳机场T3航站楼18m预应力梁的施工及变形过程进行数值模拟。考虑到混凝土材料特性随时间变化的影响,同时考虑了如板、次梁、柱的相关影响,将混凝土从筑注开始至完成拆模分为4个阶段。并对施工过程进行模拟,得出各阶段各测点的变形情况。结果表明各阶段模拟结果较为合理,为顺利施工提供依据。 The finite element analysis method is used to simulate the construction and deformation process of 18m prestressed girder in Shenzhen Airport T3 Terminal. Taking into account the concrete material properties over time, taking into account such as board, secondary beams, columns of the relevant effects, the concrete from the beginning to complete the demolition of the concrete form is divided into four stages. And the construction process is simulated, and the deformation of each measuring point in each stage is obtained. The results show that the simulation results of all stages are reasonable and provide the basis for smooth construction.
