笔者作为一个基层工会干部,切身的体会是,要想当好工会干部,必须坚持“五个注重”。第一,工会干部必须注重学习。如果工会干部不善于学习,更新自己的知识和工作方法,按照旧有的传统模式办事,恐怕是不会有好的效果的。学习的方式很多,有理论的,也有实践的;有自我总结的,也有借鉴他人的。在当前社会经济发展日新月异的背景下,一个好的干部,其最优秀的品质就是不断加强学习。有人认为,基层工会干部能实实在在地解决一些具体问题就行了,无须花脑筋学习。其实,这是一个误区。一个不善于学习的人,往往就解决不了“干什
