制备了再生胶(RR)不同用量的NR/RR共混胶,并使用核磁共振交联密度仪和RPA对其交联密度与粘弹性进行了研究。结果表明,再生过程中再生胶大分子主链断裂,网络二次重构时不能形成完整的交联网络,两相结构混合不均匀,导致力学性能下降;共混胶中天然橡胶/再生胶橡胶烃比例接近1/1时,共混均匀性最差。其硫化胶力学性能随RR用量的增加先升高后下降。
The NR / RR blends with different amounts of reclaimed rubber (RR) were prepared and their crosslink density and viscoelasticity were studied by means of NMR cross-linked densitometry and RPA. The results showed that the main chain of reclaimed rubber macromolecule was broken during the regeneration process, and a complete cross-linked network could not be formed in the secondary remodeling process. The two-phase structure was heterogeneous and resulted in a decrease of mechanical properties. The natural rubber / reclaimed rubber When the proportion of hydrocarbons is close to 1/1, the blending uniformity is the worst. The mechanical properties of the vulcanizate increased with the increase of RR increased first and then decreased.
