设计了湿热重载地区沥青路面动态响应实测系统及其布设、测试方案,实测系统包括4个子模块。湿热地区区域环境高温多雨,模块一以温湿度传感器动态监测沥青路面结构的温湿度场;重载地区重轴载、高胎压、大交通量,模块二以电阻应变式传感器动态监测各层横、纵向应变,模块三以多点位移计动态监测各层竖向变形;模块四以竖向压力计动态监测各层压应力。4个模块协同工作以确定沥青路面结构不同温、湿度场下应力及三向应变状态。对云罗高速公路3种长寿命沥青路面结构试验路动态响应系统进行布设、测试,统计传感器存活率,对测试结果进行滤波和平滑处理。结果表明实测系统设计合理,布设、测试方案得当,实测结果能较好地体现沥青路面动态响应。
The dynamic response measurement system of asphalt pavement in hot and humid overloaded areas and its layout and test scheme are designed. The measurement system includes 4 sub-modules. In wet and hot areas, the environment of the area is hot and rainy. The temperature and humidity fields of the asphalt pavement structure are dynamically monitored by the temperature and humidity sensors in the module. In heavy load areas, heavy axle loads, high tire pressures, large traffic volumes and module 2 are monitored by resistance strain sensors. , Vertical strain, the module three multi-point displacement meter dynamic monitoring of vertical deformation of each layer; module four vertical pressure gauge dynamic monitoring of the laminated stress. Four modules work together to determine the asphalt pavement structure under different temperature and humidity stress and three-state strain state. The dynamic response system of three kinds of long-life asphalt pavement structure test roads of Yunluo Expressway was laid out, tested and the sensor’s survival rate was calculated. The test results were filtered and smoothed. The results show that the actual measurement system design is reasonable, layout, test program properly, the measured results can better reflect the dynamic response of asphalt pavement.
