幼儿的健康教育是指保持和促进幼儿健康发展,依据幼儿身心发展的特点和需求而进行的系统性教育活动,它对幼儿的发展具有独特的价值。随着人们对儿童健康教育越来越重视及学前教育研究和发展的科学化,毫无疑问,学前健康教育的理论和实践研究将进一步深化发展。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中明确指出:幼儿园必须把保护幼儿的生命和促进幼儿的健康放在工作的首位,我们必须高度重视幼儿的健康教育。幼儿健康教育不仅是帮助幼儿实现“身体理想”的重要途径,也是使其他教育理想成为现实的不可缺少的重要活动。那么,幼儿园健康包括哪些方面呢?《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中指出:健康是指人在身体、心理和社会适应能力方面的良好状况。发育良好的身体、愉快的情绪、强健的体质、协调的动作、良好的生活习惯和基本生活能力是幼儿身心健康的重要标志,也是其他领域发展与学习的基础。

Well-developed body, pleasant emotions, strong physique, coordinated action, good living habits and basic living skills are an important symbol of physical and mental health of infants, but also the basis for development and learning in other fields.
