压力变送器在不同测控领域中广泛应用,压力变送器在测量压力、流量、液位信号等方面需求突出,在实际的测量中为了保证压力变送器的测量准确性,需要研究校准的不确定度。文章对压力变送器工作原理进行介绍,分析测量方法,对校准结果进行不确定度的评定,并简要分析不确定度评定中一些被省略的不确定度分量。
Pressure transmitters are widely used in different measurement and control fields. Pressure transmitters have outstanding requirements in pressure measurement, flow rate and liquid level signal measurement. In order to ensure the accuracy of pressure transmitters in actual measurement, pressure transmitters need to be calibrated uncertainty. This paper introduces the working principle of the pressure transmitter, analyzes the measurement method, evaluates the uncertainty of the calibration result, and briefly analyzes some omitted components of the uncertainty in the uncertainty assessment.
